Rental terms.

PLAYZA (playza.ma) rents out PS5 consoles with home delivery in Casablanca, Morocco. PLAYZA is an independent service, not affiliated with Sony Interactive Entertainment.

Prices are in Moroccan dirhams (DH). Delivery fees are added depending on the zone and are given before confirmation.

24H offers start Monday to Friday. Weekend offers last 24H and start on a Saturday or a Sunday.

Bookings are made on playza.ma or on WhatsApp. A booking request is final only once PLAYZA confirms it, depending on equipment availability.

Delivery is made in Casablanca, to the address given by the customer, at the time agreed with PLAYZA.

Delivery fees: Zone 1: 35 DH, Zone 2: 40 DH, Zone 3: 50 DH, depending on the neighbourhood. The exact amount is confirmed before booking.

Pick-up: PLAYZA collects the equipment at the delivery address, on the last day of the rental, at the time agreed with the customer. The equipment is returned complete (console, controllers, cables and accessories).

A security deposit may be requested on delivery. Its amount is stated in the rental contract. It is returned when the equipment comes back and has been checked, minus any amount due for damage, loss or late return.

Nothing is paid online. The rental and delivery amount is paid at the latest on delivery, unless agreed otherwise with PLAYZA.

A booking can be changed (date, offer, address) by contacting PLAYZA on WhatsApp, depending on equipment availability. The change applies once PLAYZA confirms it.

Any cancellation must be sent to PLAYZA on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the planned delivery time.

The customer is responsible for the equipment for the whole rental. They use it with care, at the delivery address, and do not lend or sublet it. For loss, breakage or theft, a controller is charged 560 DH and the console 7,000 DH; other damage is charged at the actual repair cost. Any late return not agreed with PLAYZA is charged 200 DH per day started.

The person booking must be at least 18 years old and gives their national ID card (CIN) or passport number for the rental contract.

These terms are available in French, Arabic and English. If the versions differ, the French version prevails.
